In their second year in St. Andrews, Middleton and Prince William were roommates together along with two other students. Kate Middleton started to be harassed by media outlets around this time. The harassment caused many individuals to take legal actions. In 2007, Kate and William had a breakup due to reasons that are not clear. Rumours circulated that the couple have reunited not too long after.
